Kinda. More like it was taught the moves and is just replaying them. It is radio controlled by another computer who is watching it from many cameras. The other computer does the math and sends the command back to it. Although that doesn't sound impressive, it still is. I imagine those calculations don't take more than the power of, oh, say a 1ghz snapdragon processor, so it could all be built on board if needed. The entire system is built to be as easy as possible to manage for a student project, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be hard to throw on a snapdragon and like 6 3mp cameras. Of course weight might still be an issue, but as we know weight quickly becomes less and less of an issue.
